Hotel pickup and depart for BYD Pingshan visit site
Before departure, safety requirements for the industrial visit will be explained, and core highlights of China's new energy vehicle industry chain will be introduced.
BYD Industrial Tourism Visit
Learn about new energy vehicles, batteries, electric drive systems, and complete vehicle manufacturing; focus on the large-scale production and electrification technology of China's automobile industry. Specific areas open depend on reservation.
Lunch | Pingshan
Lunch arranged in Pingshan, allowing a traffic buffer before heading to BGI.
Transfer to BGI Global Headquarters
Travel from Pingshan to the BGI visit site; en route, learn about the biotech and advanced manufacturing industrial layout of eastern Shenzhen.
BGI Life Science Experimental Course
Visit the campus and genomics technology exhibition, and participate in science experiments such as reviving liquid nitrogen-frozen goldfish or freezing plants, fruits and vegetables in liquid nitrogen; specific courses depend on reception arrangements.
BGI Campus and Laboratory Tour
Learn about life science instruments, basic testing, and sample processing scenarios; depends on areas open and on-site explanation that day.
